Cyno cleaner for Aquaculture Ponds

Pond Essentials Cyano Pro is a blue-green algae controller used in aquaculture ponds to manage harmful algal blooms. It works using a probiotic, organic action that suppresses the availability of phosphorus to microcystis, thereby controlling the algae. 

Key Features and Usage 

Function: Controls harmful blue-green algae and Microcystis, prevents odd odors, and stimulates dissolved oxygen (DO) in the pond water. 

Mechanism: It uses chelated mineral compounds and phosphorus-binding bacteria. This is an organic and probiotic action that is considered highly safe for the aquatic environment, including fish and shrimp, showing no effect on useful plankton. 

Application: The product comes in powder form and should be mixed with sufficient water and sprayed over the water surface, ideally at around 10 am. 

Dosage: The recommended dosage is typically 1.0 kg per acre with 1 meter of water depth, applied in two doses of 500 gms each, five days apart. 

Cautions: For best results, you must not apply any other phosphorus compounds, disinfectants, or chemicals during the treatment period, as these can harm the efficiency of the probiotics in the product.
